Charles Stemple, DO, MBA
Dr. Stemple has more than twenty years of experience as a Medical Director with several health plans mainly focusing on the development and management of medical policies. His experience encompasses various areas within the healthcare industry including integration of clinical, pharmaceutical, and operational activities in Medicare, commercial plans, regulatory/compliance, as well as analysis of cost trend drivers and cost savings.
He was the chairman of national medical technology assessment committees, and the medical pipeline committee, and co-chairman of the pharmacy and therapeutics committee while delivering significant savings in all areas via clinical assessment and implementation. His expertise in total costs of care, trend management, evaluation, and developing programs to deliver significant clinical savings helps mold strategy for new medical technology in multiple areas of healthcare.
Dr. Stemple attended West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree as well as holds an MBA from Xavier University.
Monique Lambring, CPC
Ms. Lambring is a certified professional coder with extensive experience in Market Access, Reimbursement, and Health Policy specializing in medical devices and biotech-pharmaceuticals with a particular focus on aortic, vascular, vision, oncology, pain, ENT, and neurology portfolios. Her 28 years in this field have established Ms. Lambring as a resource for sales teams, payors, and providers. Additionally, she has worked directly on national policy, health & government policy, sales management, reimbursement, and insurance areas with companies such as Alcon, Intersect ENT, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Medtronic, and BCBS of Oklahoma to name a few.
Monique holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma and a Certified Professional Coding License from the AAPC and is considered an expert in coding, NTAP applications, and the AMA Coding Application Process.
Rosemary Gammon, PAHM
Rosemary began her career in healthcare sales and transitioned to managed care contracting, revenue cycle management, and market access (coding, coverage, and reimbursement). She has worked with multiple new and existing technologies as well as new treatments in a multitude of areas including but not limited to spine and orthopedics, radiation oncology, molecular diagnostic labs, nephrology, women’s health, gastroenterology, cardiology, DME, implantable medical devices and several other areas of medicine.
She has served on several state of Texas healthcare committees under the Texas Department of Insurance and Texas Workers’ Compensation Agency. Rosemary crafted language for Texas HB 7 which
recreated Worker’s Compensation in the state of Texas. Both Governor Perry and Governor Abbott appointed her to the board of the State Office of Risk Management, and she served 17 years. Most recently, Rosemary has been selected to be a healthcare mentor for Capital Factory where she donates time to up-and-coming healthcare entrepreneurs.
Ms. Gammon holds a bachelor’s degree In English from Boston University and holds a designation issued by the Academy of Healthcare Management as a Professional, Academy of Healthcare Management (PAHM).
